You may return any physical product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase—even if it’s been opened. We don’t require a reason, but the item must be returned to us to process the refund.
To qualify:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be shipped back to us (return shipping is your responsibility).
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
2. Return Shipping & Restocking
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- There is no restocking fee under our new 30-day guarantee—just send it back and we’ll handle the rest.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

- We’ll reply with simple return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Exceptions – Non-Refundable Items

- Products purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Items that are damaged or not returned.
