Sapient America: Refund Policy

At Sapient America, we strive to provide high-quality educational resources and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below to understand your options.

1. Unopened Products: Full Refund
We offer a full refund for any unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a full refund:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive the product and verify its condition, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

2. Opened Products: Partial Refund
If a product has been opened but is still in resalable condition, you may return it within 30 days for a partial refund. For opened products:

  • The refund will be the purchase price minus shipping costs and a $5 restocking fee.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue the refund, which will be processed to your original payment method.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us at admin@sapientamerica.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

  2. We will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital products, including downloadable educational materials and online courses.

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago.

  • Items not in their original condition or that are damaged.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

6. Shipping Costs
Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an opened product, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
