From the first cry that is answered, a childs brain reenforces the synapses and creates behaviors designed to manipulate the world and get the desired result. This continues throughout childhood and creates many such behaviors. The problem begins when we fail to outgrow these "childish" behaviors and transition into "adult" behaviors. These discussion cards describe "childish" behaviors that we sometimes hang on to well into adult life, with an appropriate "adult" or better behavior on the other side. - The game is played many ways described in the instructions. The goal is to recognize behaviors that need to be replaced by new behaviors that will function outside the family and in professional environments.
